WHITE PLAINS, Md. — Nearly one year after Robert “Bubba” Norris disappeared, his family is renewing calls for help as the investigation into his whereabouts continues.
Norris, 61, of White Plains, was last seen March 1, 2025, when he left his home to visit a friend in Prince George’s County. Authorities said he was driving his white Ford F-150 pickup truck and stopped at two residences in Prince George’s County but never arrived at his intended destination in Clinton.
He was reported missing March 4, 2025, after friends and relatives realized he had not reached the Clinton address and could not be contacted.
Norris is described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with short gray hair. He has a tattoo of a shark on his right arm near his wrist. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, a black puffy jacket and black shoes.
His truck was located March 7, 2025, on Colebrook Drive in Temple Hills. Detectives determined there had been no recent activity on his cell phone or credit cards following his disappearance.

Charles County Sheriff’s detectives have continued working the case alongside the Prince George’s County Police Department.
As the one-year mark approaches, Norris’ family says the pain of not knowing what happened has not eased.
“My brother, Robert ‘Bubba’ Norris, is still missing,” a family member wrote in a recent post. “It has now been months with no answers, and our family and friends are still desperately searching for him. The pain of not knowing where he is has not gotten easier, and we will not stop fighting for him.”
The family is urging anyone with information — no matter how small — to come forward.
Norris is a father and grandfather, and loved ones say his children deserve answers.
