INDIAN HEAD, Md. — The Town of Indian Head will host the annual Indian Head Christmas Festival on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Village Green Park, bringing together families, volunteers, and visitors for an evening filled with holiday joy and hometown pride.

This year’s festival is presented by the Town of Indian Head, in partnership with Bridge Church and Voice of Indian Head, who are jointly leading planning and coordination efforts alongside local civic and business partners.

The celebration will feature a full lineup of festive activities, including:

  • The Town Tree Lighting Ceremony, hosted by Mayor Brandon Paulin at 5:00pm
  • Visits with Santa
  • Carnival rides and children’s attractions
  • Free hot chocolate, cider, and s’mores
  • live nativity scene
  • Holiday craft vendors and artisan booths
  • Around ten food trucks offering meals and treats for purchase
  • The Indian Head Christmas Caroling Contest, where local caroling groups compete for numerous charitable prize donations, up to $1,000 to local charity each, begins at 4:30pm and includes a joint carol during the tree lighting

Organizers from the Town, Bridge Church, and Voice of Indian Head emphasized the importance of collaboration, noting that the festival depends on the generosity and energy of volunteers, sponsors, and local partners.
