With openings planned through late 2025 and into 2026, the shopping center is steadily evolving into a more vibrant and convenient hub for Southern Maryland residents.
New Brandywine Crossing Businesses

Another Broken Egg Cafe
Location: Former Pet Valu space
Serving up chef-driven breakfast, brunch and lunch, this Southern-inspired café features creative dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, spiked cold brews, mimosas and a full bar.

Buffalo Wild Wings GO
Location: Former Wing Heaven space
Buffalo Wild Wings GO is a smaller, fast-casual version of the national sports bar chain, focused on quick service and takeout. The menu will include wings, tenders, fries and familiar sauces, without the sit-down dining experience. It’s designed for busy customers looking for a convenient option with familiar flavors.

Burlington
Location: Former JOANN Fabric & Crafts
Burlington is taking over the former JOANN Fabric and Crafts location, with a planned opening in 2026. The national off-price retailer is known for its wide range of clothing, accessories and home goods at unbeatable prices.

Joyland
Location: Next to Hanabi Japanese Grill
An indoor, space-themed play center designed for kids 10 and under, offering rocket slides, galactic play zones and interactive games. Offering open play, birthday parties, field trips and stress-free private events.

A fast-casual spot centered on salads, wraps and grain bowls, Saladworks allows customers to build meals from a range of fresh ingredients. It will add a lighter dining option to the mix at Brandywine Crossing.

It kind of tells you something, when the half of their locations state:
“Location: Former …..”
One would guess people just don’t like getting mugged or robbed anymore.
All of the “formers” are defunct stores.
That’s not why business failed there. I have been told the rent is very high. Hopefully these businesses will last. With constant police presence.
I like these but but we need more up a scale restaurant such as Cheesecake factory.
