PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — A Bowie man is facing a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure following an incident reported at the Calvert County Detention Center, according to charging documents and police reports.
Donnell Maurice Little, 40, is charged with indecent exposure to a correctional employee stemming from an incident reported Jan. 16 at the detention center on Stafford Road in Prince Frederick.
According to a statement of probable cause, a Calvert County sheriff’s deputy responded to the detention center after being notified of a reported sexual assault involving a correctional mental health employee. Investigators said the incident occurred in the booking area while Little was seated on a bench in handcuffs.
Police reported that security camera footage showed Little engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior while a mental health employee was seated nearby conducting an evaluation. The employee later told investigators she had been asking Little mental health questions prior to his release when the incident occurred.
Authorities said the incident was captured on the facility’s security cameras, and the footage was reviewed as part of the investigation. After being advised of his Miranda rights, Little declined to provide a statement and requested an attorney, according to police.
Little was charged later that day with misdemeanor indecent exposure to a correctional employee. Court records show he was released on a $1,000 unsecured personal bond.
The incident occurred one day after Little had been arrested on unrelated charges following a traffic stop in Prince Frederick. Both cases are scheduled for trial on the same date, scheduled on Feb. 18, 2026, in Calvert District Court.

Maybe it was BUBBA
Why wasnt he kept in jail? yep, just let him out to expose himself to a child or another woman/man. Its hard to discourage crime if there is not repercussion for bad behavior. Calvert County do better.
